Solid wood
Material for the floor is made of genuine, intact wood, the manufacturing process by splitting the wood into pieces of wood, and then put the molding machine for the given profile T & G, usually in wood that has the power and stability against the (expansion) withdrawal, such as teak and Merbau
More:
Fibres natural and authentic.
Have a great durability (especially for the teak and merbau)
disadvantages:
For this type of quality is relatively more expensive.
In fact general finish installation is therefore more difficult.
Usually completed on the site, which disrupts (odourless) convenience.
The finish may not be as perfect as the finishing mill (Engineering-floor).
Less resistant to scratches, especially when using a melamine finish.
